The most important component of a properly set table is, naturally, a cake fork (or pastry fork). These are made from 18/10 stainless steel and belong to Alessi’s Clivio series. The cutlery is pleasing to look at and therefore makes the entire meal more enjoyable. The series is the result of studies of plant fibre-based kitchen tools, primarily Japanese bamboo utensils. These references were then sculpted by hand before being produced in stainless steel. Our rating at The Kitchen Lab is a solid A!
