Kilner's Butter Churn is an essential item for any homemade butter enthusiast. Make the butter with the Kilner Butter Churner, then use the beech wood paddles to shape and mold into decorative shapes. The deep grooves are perfect for squeezing the last of the excess buttermilk and keeping the butter as fresh as possible. Whisk 300 ml of room temperature whipping cream for about 10 minutes, separate and place the butter in ice cold water and shape with a wooden spatula into the shape of your choice
