      In her previous titles Plåtmat and Käka Grönt, she has already begun her cookbook authorship with vegetarian recipes. In the new book, she continues on the same green track but with a focus on how the browned butter in different variations can lift the dishes in the best way. In some 40 recipes ranging from brunch, quick everyday food, simple party food, sweet and savory, snacks and aperitivo, she shows us where to put the butter. Everything is interspersed with ethnological texts (ethnology is the author's other main subject) on the history of butter and culinary mistakes that have been successful. A wonderful vegetarian cookbook for anyone who likes browned butter!
