The classic mandolin, as it has always looked. All steel and completely original. The mandolin is of professional quality and is suitable for restaurants as well as for the serious home chef. Slider/pusher included.
The mandolin comes with a knife for shredding in two different widths (7 mm and 3 mm), and a smooth knife for slicing. It is possible to add shredding knives with widths of 4.5 mm and 2 mm and 10 mm and 3 mm respectively.
