Care tips for cutting boards
- Wooden cutting boards should never be washed in the dishwasher or with washing-up liquid - it dries out the wood and risks causing it to crack. Warm water and a dish brush is all you need!
- Wash the entire board on both sides after use, so that only part of it doesn't get wet and soak up water.
- Allow wooden boards to air dry upright so the cutting surfaces don't risk sitting in moisture.
- Wooden cutting boards should be oiled regularly. We recommend massaging the cutting surface with a neutral cooking oil or cutting board oil.
