A bottle warmer for kitchens serving warm sauces, emulsions or oils directly from a squeeze bottle during service. Schneider's electric model heats without a water bath: the bottle sits in an enclosing compartment that maintains the temperature via direct contact and warm air, meaning there is no water to change, no rust and minimal maintenance between shifts. The temperature is steplessly adjustable between 40 and 90°C, covering everything from a service-temperature beurre blanc to a hot chilli garnish without risking overheating of delicate emulsions.
The construction is in stainless steel and comes with one or more squeeze bottles in food-approved polypropylene, 950 ml per bottle with an opening diameter of 86 mm and an opening depth of 195 mm. The PP material withstands the temperatures without imparting taste or odour and is easy to clean. Available in three versions: 1 bottle (200 W, 210x165xH330 mm), 2 bottles (400 W) and 3 bottles (600 W, 445x165xH330 mm). All run on 230 V.
