- The Flame Damascus Boning Knife from Mcusta Zanmai is a 16.5 centimeter boning knife with a beautiful red pakka wood handle. The blade is made of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of VG-10 steel.
  
  The handle of red pakka wood provides a very comfortable grip and is fixed with three rivets, one of which is beautifully mosaic decorated. The bottom part of the handle is flat and can be used, for example, for crushing garlic and similar tasks in the kitchen.
