The Blendtec Pro 800 is a high-speed blender of the highest quality with a noise reduction hood that makes it very quiet. A professional blender that is popular with restaurants and cafes but works just as well in a kitchen. With a motor of almost 4 horsepower (1800 watts), the blades reach a high speed and crush the food easily. In addition, the blender has eleven different speeds, a pulse function and six pre-programmed programs that are controlled via a touch panel. Through the touch panel, the speed is easily controlled by a light touch.
With only one touch, there are six pre-set programs where the speed is automatically adjusted continuously during mixing. In addition, the Blendtec Pro 800 is equipped with a timer that shows the remaining time on the programs or how long the blender has been mixing if it is instead started on the speed function:
- Sauces/Batter - For sauces, mixes or batters
- Ice Crush/Drinks - For ice crush or drinks
- Smoothie - For smoothies
- Ice Cream - For ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet and milkshake
- Whole Juice - For juices where the whole fruit with core is used for extra fiber
- Hot soup - For hot soups
The blender comes with the specially designed Wildside+ Jar with a sealing lid made of BPA-free plastic. The 2.5-liter jar is designed for the best results during use. It has a pentagonal design which creates a strong swirling motion and optimizes the speed of mixing. This provides a smooth result that prevents food from sticking to the edges and also makes the jug easy to clean.
Cleaning
Fill water a few centimeters above the blade, add a few drops of detergent and blend for 20 seconds.
