The starter tub for your sous vide! A plastic canteen in black color that is 20 cm deep together with a lid (the lid is transparent) that is cut out to fit most sous vide circulators, such as Anova, Champion, Twist and others.
The cut out hole in the lid is 7 cm in diameter.
Canteen dimensions: 32.5 x 26.5 cm x 20 cm
Volume: max 11 liters
Historically, the canteen was the name of the place where soldiers ate (as opposed to the mess hall where officers took their meals). Canteens are large serving vessels in commercial kitchens, made of stainless steel or plastic. A canteen can also be called a sous vide vessel or sous vide tank.
