The guys at Sandberg Drinks Lab have done it again! This time it's a delicious non-alcoholic bitter aperitif that works great for non-alcoholic cocktails and spritz. The recipe is of course secret, but there are berries, fruit, Swedish verjuice, herbs, bark and spices. Although it sounds a bit like what my sister used to mix up in the garden in the summers when she was a kid (often with soil and rocks as well), this is done properly with great finesse and astuteness. Sandberg Drinks Lab delivers a juicy and fine aperitif with a pleasant bitterness. We recommend you to try it! The bottle contains 500 ml (but runs out quickly).
