Flaming Dust: is a perfect spice blend with a delicious flavor from fennel, licorice powder and star anise on a base of ginger and oregano, extra strength from smoked paprika and chili. Can be used with all types of meat, fish, vegetables and is perfect with grilled fruit such as pineapple.
Mermaids Bite: Has a fresh flavor that goes sublimely with fish, grilled vegetables and meat. The blend has notes of mint and citrus on a base of green fennel, coriander and three types of seaweed. "Bite" comes from a touch of chili. Maintain the fresh taste by marinating the ingredients with the rub and grilling indirectly, if necessary, wrapped in foil so that the fine oils from the herbs do not burn off.
Smokey Sally: The slightly smoky scent of Spanish peppers gives the mixture its special grilled flavor outdoors. Use as a rub or in a simple marinade with oil, vinegar and salt on all light meats and vegetables. Perfect for pulled pork.
