Satake Outdoor® is a brand new series that takes cooking outside. Out to the outdoor kitchen or campsite, in the forest and on hikes.
Reversible fry table / Grill plate. A very useful reversible frying table that can be used on the grill or directly on an open fire, but also on old stoves, gas & induction.
One side is provided with grill stripes that give the vegetables and pieces of meat the nice grill pattern, while the raw material is lifted up a few millimeters and gives a perfect cooking.
The other side is flat and is perfect for making, for example, smashburgers or frying softer raw materials that otherwise easily get stuck and fall down through the grill grate. Fish fillets, mushrooms, vegetables and the like. The roasting table is also excellent for really large schnitzels.
The flat side also has a small drainage area for fat, so there is no risk of "cooking" the raw material in meat juices.
This is a must for all cooking enthusiasts who want to raise the level of outdoor cooking. The roasting table is very easy to handle with the help of a fire hook. Both the roasting table and fire hook are also included in the Satake Outdoor Kit.
