Höganäs is today not best known for Bamse, Kullamannen or ceramics, but rather Holy Smoke and their grill complex. We are very pleased to have added their own organic signature charcoal without any additives to our already solid charcoal range. Holy Smoke's charcoal is made in Ukraine on beech, hornbeam and oak from sustainable forestry and, like other lumpwood, has a good burning time, although this slightly smaller bag has been sorted with smaller pieces of charcoal (BBQ Grade) than the larger 8kg bag, which has so-called Restaurant Grade. The charcoal is designed for classic barbeque from the American South. The bag is stamped with both the FSC for sustainable forestry and the Certified Inputs Organic Standard #No 21-1529-01.
This package is a handy 2.5kg which makes it easy to take on a picnic.
