Pastry whisk with rigid 2 mm wires, designed for use in hot, heavy mixtures up to 230°C. The handle is moulded from polyamide and fibreglass, providing control, grip and conditions for impeccable hygiene. A small notch at the end prevents the whisk from sliding down into bowls or saucepans. The obvious choice of whisk for pâte à choux, cooked creams and other comforting preparations.
