The pan, like all Nordic Ware cake pans, has superior baking performance with a non-stick surface that allows the cakes to bake evenly and delicately and also releases easily when it is time to remove them from the pan.
Nordic Ware recommends brushing the inside with butter and sprinkling flour or breadcrumbs over the butter. Do not fill the pan more than three-quarters full and wash by hand with water and a little detergent.
Nordic Ware's cake pans won the prestigious Formidable Grand Prix award in 2007.
