A baking pan for those with a penchant for straight edges, but who just want more, more MORE than in a regular cube! In Twelve you make a sponge cake as if it were a role-playing cube, and the mould measures 12.8 x 11.4 x 9.3cm. That gives you room for 12 on a 60 x 40 cm baking sheet. Perfect for making something spectacular from both soft cakes and rolled dough. The finished bun will measure 11.2 x 10.6 x 9 cm, and for those who are not so fast at math and angles, I can help that it gives a volume of 510 ml. The mould is made of stainless steel.
