Nordic Ware's baking pan for making soft gingerbread.
The pan, like all Nordic Ware baking pans, has superior baking performance with a non-stick surface that allows the cakes to bake evenly and nicely and also releases easily when it is time to remove them from the pan.
Nordic Ware recommends brushing the inside with butter and sprinkling flour or breadcrumbs over the butter. Do not fill the mold more than three quarters full and wash by hand with water and a little detergent!
