Silicone mold from the Italian manufacturer Martellato with non-stick properties. Withstands temperatures between - 60ºC and 280ºC. In cooking, silicone is truly an incredible material - it can withstand wide temperature ranges, releases easily and is easy to keep clean. Use as a baking pan or to mold, for example, mousses, pannacottas, ice cream or any other creamy ideas you have. The silicone is stable, but soft enough to make the molds extremely easy to use. There is no need for lubrication and it doesn't absorb flavors or scents.
