Information
- Silicone mold with non-stick properties from the Italian manufacturer Martellato. Use as a baking mold or to mold mousses, pannacottas, ice cream or jellies. The silicone is stable, but soft enough to make the molds easy to use. It needs no lubrication and does not absorb flavors or scents. This mold makes shells or madeleines - you can find the sizes in the drop-down menu. The molds from Martellato have the outer dimensions of 17.5 x 30 cm.
