With this baking dish, you can create pastries that, to quote Birgitta Rasmusson in Hela Sverige bakar, become furiously elegant. Perfect for parties and celebrations, or when you want to add a little luxury to your everyday life.
The mold, like all Nordic Ware baking molds, has superior baking performance with a non-stick surface that allows the cakes to bake evenly and nicely and also releases easily when it is time to remove them from the mold.
Nordic Ware recommends that you brush the inside with butter and sprinkle flour or breadcrumbs over the butter. Do not fill the pan more than three quarters full and wash by hand with water and a little detergent.
Nordic Ware's cake pans won the prestigious Formidable Grand Prix 2007.
