Gingerbread House Duet Pan 1.2 liters.
Do not bother with the gingerbread house this year, make a Christmas house in sponge cake instead! Two gingerbread houses with a detailed pattern from Nordic Ware. The mold is made of cast aluminum with a non-stick coating that makes the pastry come off easily and baked in an even and efficient way.
Let the pastry rest in the mold for 10 minutes before turning it upside down after baking, then it comes off easily from the mold which has a non-stick coating. Not dishwasher safe.
Usage:
- Wash the mold with warm water and detergent before first use and after each time you bake in the mold.
- Before each baking, grease the mold thoroughly. Use a pastry brush if you have a mold with a lot of details. Sift flour or cocoa to cover the butter.
- Recipes may vary, only fill the mold to ¾ to avoid overflowing the batter.
- Avoid metal utensils that can scratch the non-stick coating.
