Baking sheet for home oven made of carbon steel with 2cm high straight edges. The sheet is treated with an extremely high temperature surface treatment which gives the black-blue color, and thus has no non-stick coating. Use with carpet or baking paper, otherwise make sure to grease it. Do not use for cold ingredients. Scrape, brush, wash and dry (by hand) after each use and then lightly grease it to keep it looking good for a long time. Do not wash in a dishwasher or use dishwashing liquid. Make sure it is stored in a dry place to avoid rust.
