Connected with Bluetooth (BLE 4.2), you can both prepare and monitor the process from every room in the home with the push of a button on your mobile phone. Anova's excellent app (available for both IOS and Android) also gives you thousands of inspiring recipes on your phone. Do you know the difference between rare and medium rare? We do: it is 3° C. Anova's love of precision has contributed to Nano cooking your food with an accuracy of 0.1° C. You really wonder why we have put up with the poor precision of ovens for so long... The neat format - Nanon is 33 cm long and weighs 0.7 kg - so it can easily be stowed away in a drawer or cabinet when not in use.
