Cocktail cherries (these made from the amarena cherry variety rather than the marasca used for maraschino) in syrup are the greatest joy in life for many. Fabbri's Amarena is also the favorite among many connoisseurs, so they have an obvious place in KitchenLab's range. The recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and is of course super secret. Perfect for cocktails and ice cream and a lot of other things, and also very stylish and iconic in its packaging. Contains 600g, drained weight 240g. Ingredients: sugar, wild cherries, glucose syrup, water, cherry juice (4%), citric acid, flavorings, anthocyanins (colour) extracted from plants. The cherries are pitted, but Fabbri would like to reserve the right to make any mistakes. Made in Italy.
