Bake a chocolate traybake, let it cool, put the lid on and take it to work. No foil, no cling film, no mess on the back seat.
The sheet itself is made of pure, uncoated aluminium that conducts heat quickly and evenly, so cakes and breads bake the same in the middle as at the edges. The rim is reinforced with galvanised steel so the sheet doesn't warp in the oven. The size is a quarter of an American bakery sheet, just right for a traybake for a smaller group, a batch of cinnamon buns or vegetables for the whole family, and small enough to fit in the fridge.
The lid is also handy for anything you prep in advance. Marinate chicken or fish right on the sheet overnight, let a yeasted dough rise in the fridge, or store leftovers without moving them to another container. Remove the lid before the sheet goes into the oven, as it isn't heat resistant.
