We think everyone should know that Coravin is a fantastic product and one of our own favorites. Being able to pour a glass without opening the bottle is incredible in so many contexts, even when the wine needs to be aerated because it is too young or natural or whatever the reason may be. Running a glass from the Coravin into the decanter to swirl or spin the glass can be quite cumbersome, but thankfully the developers of Coravin have thought of this too. This wine aerator is a nozzle that you attach to your Coravin. Like a shower head, it spreads the jet through 30 holes and aerates your wine before it can land in the cup. Coravin themselves compare this aeration to 60-90 minutes of aeration in the hive. The aerator also has a sediment filter so you don't have to deal with that too. Therefore, rinse it thoroughly between each use so that debris does not settle in the filter.
Compatible with all Coravin models except the simpler Pivot model. However, it does not work well in combination with the vintage needle attached to your Coravin. May need a little more pressure on the throttle than if you drive your Coravin without a nozzle to speed up the jet.
