Excalibur's nine-tray dehydrator is fast, efficient, user-friendly and easy to keep clean. Thanks to its fan in the back, the whole cabinet gets an even heat distribution and you don't have to mess around with trays. Everything in the cabinet will cook and dry evenly no matter where it is placed.
The total drying area is 1m2 distributed over the nine trays. The thermostat can be adjusted between 35°C and 74°C. The outer door can be removed completely and the trays moved around at will.
The Excalibur allows you to dry all types of food (cheese, meat, fish, seafood, legumes, vegetables, fruit, spices, mushrooms, flowers, pasta, etc). In addition, the Excalibur allows a unique range of possibilities when it comes to dried sauces, creams, yogurt, mousse, cheese, pastries, etc.
The dehydrator will be able to be used for a long time and also fixed when needed thanks to a wide range of spare parts.
