Chutoh meat knife from Miyabi is a handy slicing knife that can be used to precisely cut up perfect steaks of meat.
5000 MCD is Miyabi's finest series of knives, which combines aesthetics with function in the very best way. The blade of the knife is made of 101 layers of MC63 steel, which has been ice-hardened at -196°C - giving the blade a hardness of 63 HRC.
The knife is sharpened according to the Japanese Honbasuke technique, which gives an extraordinary sharpness.
