Alfa Fornis model 5 Minuti is their best-selling model. It's pretty and compact and can come up to temperature in just five minutes thanks to its fireproof base and stainless dome. The oven holds 2 kg of bread or 2 pizzas at a time, and once you've got everything in order, you'll be able to bake the pizzas in 90 seconds, Neapolitan-style. Because it's so fast, this oven is suitable for up to 18 people, according to Alfa itself, unless everyone has to eat at exactly the same second. 5 Minuti is fired with wood and can reach a maximum temperature of 500°C. As it is insulated with ceramic fibres, it also keeps the heat very well. If you want, you can close the hatch with the stainless steel hatch without the risk of burning yourself, and that's also how you adjust the airflow and thus the temperature. A closed hatch provides convection heat, while an open one provides oxygenation and more direct heat. You always have an eye on the temperature thanks to the built-in thermometer. Delivered ready to use as soon as on wood. If you don't already have a suitable place to place it, there is a base stand or a sturdy workbench to supplement it with.
