Chef's knives

The chef's knife is an all-round knife with a blade length of 15 to 30 cm - most common are blades are around 20 cm. The blade is also usually wider and is slightly curved along the edge. Can be used for most kitchen tasks: From meat, poultry and fish to vegetables and root vegetables. This style is called guyoto among Japanese knives.
