The Ascent series from Vitamix offers some new updates. Like all other Vitamixes, the Ascent is a blender that can blend almost anything to a silky smooth consistency. Smoothies, soups, purees and peanut butter are blended quickly, smoothly and incredibly efficiently. It reveals not only that we at KitchenLab like alliteration, but also that Vitamix is one of the brands we are proudest to represent.
A3500 is a more equipped model in the Ascent series. The same brute force as the A2500, the A3500 has five preset programs for smoothies, hot soups, purees, frozen desserts and dish programs. The display is digital with touch buttons. With the digital timer you can set the exact time for how long the blender should be running. Of course, you can control both speed and time manually if you wish. The SELF DETECT technology allows the machine to detect the size of the jug you are using and adjusts the speed and time accordingly. SELF DETECT technology will have several accessories launched in the near future. The machine cannot be started unless the lid of the jug is on. The chassis is made of brushed steel.
The included jug holds 2 liters. It is BPA-free and extremely durable.
